Income Expectation From New Business

By: Richard Butler

Business owners are trained to aim high. Whether they own a small or big business, most of them think about making large amounts of income. To analyze the situation, I believe almost all businesspeople thinks positively about their business and that's why they aim for huge income. There is probably nothing wrong with that in fact it gives you more passion to make the
business grow.

In internet marketing, marketers should think realistically. Although there are some web marketers who earn millions from a new course that they sell, realistically, not all marketers can do that. What's wrong with marketers especially for those new to internet marketing is that they always think big without even analyzing situations and probably not even studying more about what they are pursuing.

Guess what? If there are 10 marketers who generate a million from a product launch, believe me, there are thousands of marketers who also tried to launch a product that but did not succeed. There is a big difference between marketers and we should not compare ourselves to them. One thing that separates successful marketers is that business is there passion, money is second. With most others, money is their first passion.

In a nutshell this way of thinking is wrong. Why can I say this? Its because normally newbies create very professional looking websites which offers good services and products but because of the longing to earn money, they destroy their websites credibility by posting affiliate links, adsense ads, banner ads etc.

What's important in the internet is to know your passion and not the target income you are hoping. Look at the lifestyle of bloggers, at first they don't expect to earn instant huge income. As years passes by their credibility is continuously developing thus making many more people advertise their site.

To sum it up, for a start up business, you can dream big but you should expect minimal income as you start. Online you need to offer quality products and build up a reputation then the money will flow.
